Parents' Council

The parents' organization of Whitfield School is the Parents' Council, and all parents of students enrolled in the School are members.  Its purpose is to support Whitfield School in its goal to develop each student's academic, cultural, creative, social and physical potential as designated within the School's Mission Statement.

The Parents' Council undertakes a variety of volunteer responsibilities to fulfill its purpose and encourages all parents to take an active part in the organization.

The following is an overview of volunteer opportunities for all Whitfield Parents' Council events. Your involvement enables you to learn more about Whitfield and to offer help that is of direct benefit to the school community.

70 Whitfield middle school students participated in a community service activity after school on Wednesday, November 11th.
Whitfield students collected 146 gently-used Halloween costumes to donate to the After School and Daycare Programs at Kingdom House, an organization that provides services to meet community needs in St. Louis including child care, youth services and employment and training services.
Whitfield's 1st Trivia Night will be held Saturday, May 9, 2009.
At this year's Montage, the mission was clear: support Whitfield School's Annual Fund!
On Saturday, May 9, 2009, Whitfield will host a Whitfield School Trivia night at 6:30 p.m. Please check your mail for more information (coming soon)!
The eScrips Program is a continuing success! Proceeds from October to November doubled as parents used their eScrips cards when shopping at Schnuck's. Shopping with eScrips is easy! Just sign up for the eScrip Community Card program, swipe your card every time you shop at Schnuck's, and a percentage of your bill will go to Whitfield! It is FREE and EASY!
