Admission Process

1. Schedule a Family Interview and Tour
Please call (314) 434-5141 or e-mail the admission office to schedule your visit. The tour and interview take approximately 75 minutes.

2. Arrange classroom visits for your student and you.
We have mornings set aside for students to visit a variety of classes at Whitfield; many of these days coincide with local schools' holidays so your child doesn't necessarily need to miss school.  In addition, we offer Parent Outreach to our prospective parents.  This is a great way to learn more about Whitfield's educational philosphy from Mark Anderson, Whitfield's president, and then spend the morning visiting classes at different grades.  We will make arrangements for these visits when you schedule your family interview and tour.

3. Complete an Application
Complete your Independent Schools of St. Louis (ISSL) Seconderay School Application and Whitfield's application supplement. Applications must be postmarked
by January 15, 2010.

4. Mark your calendar:

5. Consider the Early Decision Option
If you are certain Whitfield School is your first choice secondary school, notify Whitfield of your intent to be an Early Decision candidate by January 15, 2010, in order to receive a response after February 11, 2010.
